Permanent straightening — straight from day one
Making hair straight is easy. Making it straight and still leaving it some weight is the difficult part. Hair that comes out flat against the scalp met a formula stronger than its condition could take, which is why we look at your hair first and then choose — rather than using one product on everybody.

If your hair has been bleached repeatedly and breaks easily, we test a strand first and tell you plainly whether it can take this. Some hair should be conditioned for a while before straightening rather than forced.
What happens
From the moment you sit down
Most of the time goes on waiting for the formula to work and ironing section by section — not on the parts that look busy.
- Strand test first. We take a real strand and test whether it can take the formula. This costs nothing, and you are welcome to come only for the test without booking any work.
- Choose the formula for your hair. Hair that has never had chemistry and hair that has been bleached cannot take the same product. The price difference comes from the formula, not from your hair length.
- Wash and apply the first stage. Sectioned and applied evenly, kept clear of the scalp, then left for as long as your hair can take.
- Rinse and iron. The longest stage. Thin sections at a time, because thick sections heat unevenly and come out straight in some places and not others.
- Neutralise and condition. This is the stage that makes it permanent. Skipped or rushed, the frizz comes back within weeks.
- Trim the ends. Included in the price. Straightened hair shows split ends far more clearly; taking them off finishes the shape.

Every one of them is a single price whether your hair is short or waist-length. The difference in price is the formula alone.

How to make it last
The first three days are when the structure is still settling. What you do then decides how long the result lasts.
- Do not wash it for 48 hours. And do not tie it, clip it, or push sunglasses back onto your head. Marks made now become permanent.
- Avoid harsh sulphate shampoo. Strong detergents strip the coating faster than they should.
- Dry it fully, never leave it damp. Hair left damp overnight spends the longest time in moisture, which is exactly what straightened hair does not want.
- Condition the ends weekly. Roots get oil from the scalp; the ends do not, which is why the ends always fail first.
- New growth will not be straight. That is normal, not a fault. Most people come back to straighten the roots once about 2–3 inches have grown out.

How long does it last?
The hair we straighten stays straight permanently. What changes is the new hair growing in, which will be your own texture. Most people come back once about 2–3 inches have grown out.
Why are there seven formulas?
Because hair differs. Hair that has never had chemistry takes a different product from hair that has been bleached. We look at your actual hair and recommend accordingly — we do not sell the most expensive one to everybody.
Is waist-length hair more expensive?
No. Every permanent straightening programme is one price at any hair length.
My hair has been bleached — can it still be straightened?
We need to see it. We test a strand free of charge without doing any work. If your hair is not ready, we will tell you to condition it first and come back, rather than force it and have it break.
What does the guarantee cover?
Seven days from the day of service. If within those seven days the result is not what we agreed, come back and we will put it right.
How long does it take?
About 2–4 hours depending on the length and thickness of your hair. We give you an estimate before starting so you can plan your day.
Why do you only take straightening until 18:00 when you are open until 22:00?
Because straightening takes several hours and the stages cannot be skipped. Taking it later would mean not finishing before we close. Cuts are still taken until 21:00.
Will it leave my hair flat against my head?
If you want it straight but still full at the roots, look at volume rebonding instead — that is designed specifically to keep the volume at the roots.
